SCANTIST 3D Vanishing is a revolutionary dental spray (also called scanner spray or 3D spray) specially developed for extraoral applications in the dental industry.
For use in dental laboratories as well as in the dental offices with desktop scanning. SCANTIST 3D Vanishing spray improves the optical properties of telescopes, tooth models, plaster casts, preparations, brackets, veneers, bite and tooth splints, zircon frameworks, individual stumps and impressions.
Application of SCANTIST 3D Vanishing provides a very thin, homogeneous matting layer on objects to be scanned. This prevents reflections and eliminates translucent surfaces, which means that the object can be precisely captured optically.
Scantist 3D produces a coating as thin as 2-4 Microns, so fine details in geometry and surface are not obscured and can be digitized true to the original. The special extended nozzle enables an efficient and targeted application, even on the smallest of objects.
SCANTIST 3D Vanishing does not contain any pigments and therefore no harmful titanium dioxide (TiO2).
The coating evaporates (sublimates) by itself. The time-consuming subsequent cleaning of the objects and the laboratory environment is no longer necessary. This leads to enormous time and cost savings for the user in dental practices, in dental treatment, in the manufacture of dentures, in prosthetics and in orthodontics.
